Room Party Guidlines

The following guidelines are provided to make sure the all the room parties are
fun and safe. It is the responsibility of the room party host to follow and enforce
each of these in order to provide a good environment for all the attendees of
Naka-Kon.

  1. All room parties will be held on a designated floor. Any room parties found outside this area will be shut down.
  2. For the period of the room party, no one under 21 is allowed in the room if you are serving alcohol, and it is your responsibility to check the ID of any guest entering the room. According to state law, an individual must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
  3. As the host, it is your responsibility to stop serving someone if you feel that they have had more than enough to drink. If you have a problem, please contact Con Ops or a patrolling staff member.
  4. If you are showing any adult material in your room, all people in the room must be 18 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to check the ID of everyone that is in your room.
  5. Staff members will be patrolling the room party area to make sure everything is going smoothly.
