- Personal Assistants must be with the person they are supporting at all times.

- Quiet Room: Visit our low sensory environment Quiet Room, perfect for when you need to step away to have a little peace & quiet. Enjoy relaxing & calming activities like coloring, playing with fidgets, or cuddling our very lovely stuffie collection!
- Inclusive Restrooms: All bathrooms at Kon are for all genders!
- Pronoun Labels: Stop by our desk for a clear sticker with your preferred pronouns to put on your badge! Don’t see yours on the table, feel free to request a custom label!
- Escorts: We are here to help you navigate the Kon. Let us know if there is anything you would like to go to & we will be more than happy to help you around!
- Service Dogs: Service dogs are welcome on Kon property! Check out our maps for dog relief stations around Kon.
- Emotional support animals & Pets are only allowed in hotel spaces.
