All badges must be purchased online through our Eventbrite order form. There will be no cash or credit card sales available at the convention.

• Child Weekend Badge (6-12 year old): $17*
• VIP Membership Badge: $165 All VIP Badges are sold out.

Adult General Admission: Starting Jan 1, 2026

• Adult Weekend Badge (13 and over): $70
• Friday Only Badge: $40
• Saturday Only Badge: $45
• Sunday Only Badge: $35

Child General Admission*: Starting Jan 1, 2026

• Child Weekend Badge (6–12 year old): $20
• Friday Only Badge: $12
• Saturday Only Badge: $15
• Sunday Only Badge: $10

*Children ages 12 and under must be escorted by an adult badgeholder (age 18 or older) at all times. The adult escort must be present at registration to pick up a child badge. Children ages 5 and under are admitted free.

Children ages 5 and under are admitted free, but still have the opportunity to have their very own badge! Stop by the Solutions Desk in Registration where we will create a badge with the little ones’ name and your contact info on the back.

A limited number of memberships will be available and includes all of the benefits of a regular weekend attendee badge. In addition, for their support of Naka-Kon, VIP members will get the following benefits:

• Express registration badge pick-up
• A special Naka-Kon badge, lanyard, and t-shirt
• First in line and priority seating for certain panels/events
• Opportunity to skip the queue for guest autographs
• Exclusive early access to the Exhibit Hall 30 minutes before regular attendees
• A gift bag with assorted goodies and swag
• Early access to sales for all ticketed events at Naka-Kon 2026
• Admission to one of select ticketed events

Badges with duplicate names will be considered invalid. When completing the registration form, contact information for each individual badge must be entered.

Badge Pickup and Registration Hours

• Thursday, March 12, 2026 - 6 pm to 9 pm
• Friday, March 13, 2026 - 10 am to 9 pm
• Saturday, March 14, 2026 - 9 am to 9 pm
• Sunday, March 15, 2026 - 9 am to 2 pm

Naka-Kon does not mail out convention badges.

Naka-Kon reserves the right to change the above schedule if necessary. Any such changes will be announced on our social media sites.

You may give or sell your badge to someone who can attend, but you must submit a completed Badge Transfer Form so we can update our registration records. If the transfer is not in our records, the recipient may not be able to pick up the badge. The priority deadline for badge transfers is March 8, 2026.

ID Check will be at the Solutions Desk in Registration or the Access Control Office in Redbud of the Sheraton. All 18+ panels, screenings, and some events require a wristband. You will need to provide your valid, government issued photo-ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or military ID), as well as your valid 2026 Naka-Kon badge. No other discount rates are available at this time.

Before purchasing a membership badge, please note that face masks are highly recommended but not required for attendance. This policy may be updated based on future recommendations from the CDC, FDA, or other health authorities. Please read our full COVID safety policy

All sales are final. We recommend that you wait to purchase the badge until you are sure that your schedule and finances will work out for that weekend.

COVID Exception: In the event you fall ill from COVID or other transmissible illness, please contact registration@naka-kon.com to inquire about membership badge refund or transfer.

Your badge is valuable and it is your responsibility to keep it secure. Naka-Kon will not refund or replace badges that are lost or stolen. Attendees who lose their badges must purchase a replacement badge to re-enter the convention.
