Learning a language requires not only "interpretive skills" (reading/listening)  and "presentational skills" (writing/making statements) but also developing "interpersonal skills" (conversational talking and online chatting).    Being a part of a community where you can  take advantage of opportunities to communicate is important if you want to take your abilities to the next level.  This panel will explore how to develop communities online and in real life where you can safely practice speaking and chatting without anxiety.
