There are some pretty amazing anime series out today! Shows like My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer, and Boruto are, as kids would say, "fire". However, one thing that’s incredibly important to remember is where we came from: the 1990s! That era birthed a plethora of awesome and EXTREMELY weird series that paved the way for the anime that would come later.
