Have you heard of Japanese Sake (Nihonshu)? Sake is one of Japan’s national beverages and plays an important role in Japanese culture. To begin the presentation, I will talk about the history, ingredients, and the brewing process of sake. Next, I’ll review the current classification system and different types of sake.
