Iron Cosplay
Registration for IC4 is online only and opens on Tuesday, February 10 at 6:00 p.m. and closes Tuesday, March 3 at 6:00 p.m. CT
Teams will be notified of their participation status no later than 5 days before the event.
Online registrants must check in at the Cosplay Repair Station in Ballroom C on Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Any open spots will be available for on-site registration between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
The Iron Cosplay Event will be held at 1:00 p.m. in Ballroom C.
Mainstage Cosplay Contest
Registration is online only, and opens Tuesday, January 6, at 6:00 p.m. CT
Registration closes on Tuesday, February 3, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
Check-in for the Main Stage Cosplay Contests on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in Ballroom C.
Tech rehearsal time will be given to contestants in their acceptance email.
Cosplay Greenroom on Saturday at-Kon in Ballroom C. This is where all contestants will be stationed. Greenroom time will also be emailed to contestants in their acceptance email.
The Cosplay Contest is on Saturday at-Kon in Ballroom A/B. Awards will be given out directly after the contest on stage. Check the programming schedule for the start time of the Cosplay Contest.
Hallway Cosplay Contest
Hallway Contest judging is from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday of the Convention and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. in Ballroom C.
Participation is first come, first serve until we run out of spaces, so make sure to plan accordingly.
Awards will be given out during closing ceremonies at 4:00 p.m. in Ballroom C. All contestants should head to Ballroom A/B to find out who wins.
